REPORT SCAMS, PHISHING, ETC. The Hacker’s Brief is a public service announcement that lets Wyoming citizens warn their friends and neighbors about phone, email, and text scams. Citizens simply forward their scam texts and emails to phishing@cyberwyoming.org or call/email and describe the scam. Then, the next week, the scam description is in the Hacker’s Brief.

The Ashanti Alert Act activation criteria focus on three key areas:
Individuals over the age of 17 who fall outside the scope of America’s Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response (AMBER) Alerts and Silver Alerts.
Missing adults with special needs or circumstances.
Missing adults who are endangered or have been involuntarily abducted or kidnapped.
